Customer Service Associate – efficiently and effectively resolve customer
issues, questions and requests, related to billing, service outages/disruptions
and maintenance scheduling.
Customer Service Sales Associate - resolve customer issues and requests while
also up-selling additional products and services when appropriate. Strong sales
aptitude preferred; previous sales experience not required.
Bilingual Customer Service Associate – provide essential support to our valued
customers speaking both English and Spanish.
Technical Customer Service Associate – use your service and basic computing
skills to help customers with needs of a more technical nature, including simple
web navigation, e-mail setup and troubleshooting.
Telecommute or Work at Home Customer Service Associate – based on individual
performance, and specific site needs, some locations offer telecommute or work-at-home
opportunities after 90 days working on-site.
Collections Associates - resolve customer issues and provide exceptional
customer service, while focusing on reconciling customer accounts and processing
payments.
